Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A deposit of 50pct is required and will be charged at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 50% of the full stay plus tax. No-shows are charged a fee of the full stay plus tax. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions
